Privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Neura Pod ("we," "us," or "our") operates neurapod.com (the "Site"). This privacy policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices and rights you have. Neura Pod is run by Ryan Tanaka in the United States, and visitors from around the world use the Site. For privacy questions or requests, email neurapod@gmail.com.

This policy covers how the Site works today. It also covers new features, products, services, and third-party tools when we add them, and we will update this page when that happens.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Every form on the Site is a Webflow form. When you submit one, Webflow stores your submission and can send Neura Pod an email notification about it. The contact form accepts text only and does not accept file uploads.

Neura Pod does not ask for health information. If you send health details through the contact form or by email, we use them only to reply, we do not share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Information collected automatically

Information from embedded content

Some pages embed posts and videos from X, YouTube, and Instagram. When that content loads, those services may set their own cookies and collect information directly from your browser under their own privacy policies.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: we use analytics because we have a legitimate interest in understanding how the Site is used; we answer messages, send email updates, and process memberships because you asked us to; and we keep basic security records because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the Site safe.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) that record an anonymous visitor ID, the pages you view, and how you reached the Site. Google Analytics is part of Google, so Google may also set its own cookies and browser storage on the Site, including advertising-related ones such as the _gcl_ls key, and may send measurement data to Google's doubleclick.net servers. Neura Pod runs no ads on the Site and shows no cookie banner. You can turn off Google ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.

The Site also uses local storage for small conveniences, such as remembering a sort order on a table, and embedded X, YouTube, and Instagram content may set its own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information.

5. Service providers

We use these services to run the Site. Each has its own privacy policy.

6. International data transfers

Neura Pod is run from the United States. If you use the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or wherever our service providers operate, where data protection laws may differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

7. Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can:

EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR and UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use these rights, email neurapod@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA and CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to:

Neura Pod does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To use these rights, email neurapod@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

Other US states

Residents of other states with privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Washington, may have similar rights. Email us to use them.

8. How long we keep information

Google Analytics keeps event data for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, which is between 2 and 14 months. Form submissions and emails stay in Webflow and Gmail until we delete them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time. Email update addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No website or email service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that your information will never be exposed.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for major changes we will post a notice on the Site.

12. Contact us

For questions about this policy or to use any of your rights, email neurapod@gmail.com or use the contact page. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.

13. Use of AI tools

Some Site operations and some drafts of content use AI tools. The Site has no AI chatbot, and visitor messages are not processed by a public chatbot.
